CHASSIS POLICY

EFFECTIVE FROM JANUARY 01, 2024

Dear Valued Evergreen Customer:

To improve overall supply chain fluidity, in the coming months Evergreen

will transition to the current nationwide practice of no longer supplying chassis

except for carrier haulage moves in U.S.

What this means for you is that the Chassis Usage Charge (CUC), or Per Diem fees

after free time, will not be charged unless Evergreen is supplying the chassis.

Instead, the chassis providers will bill your hired motor carriers directly for all usage.

FAQs:

Q: When will Evergreen cease supplying chassis?

A: The expected transition date is January 01, 2024.

Any change to this date will be communicated in advance.

Q: How will this affect my shipments?

A: Evergreen will no longer bill a Chassis Usage Charge (CUC) and you will be

responsible for securing a chassis through your hired motor carrier or a

provider of your choosing.

Q: How will this change affect my current contract with Evergreen?

A: Please contact your Evergreen sales representative about changes

specific to your service contract.

Should you have any questions, please contact with Evergreen Sales Representative

or Customer Service Team.
