Traditional Payment and Pay Within 24 hours

There are 2 payment methods:

1. Traditional Payment:

After Customers complete the booking on GreenX, Customers can choose "Traditional Payment" and no need to pay the ocean freight and charges in advance.

Customers can pay the freight and charges at the counter when they go pick up the O/BL as they usually do.

Thus, the space management fee or cancellation fee will not be applicable.

After receiving the booking confirmation, the space is secured and there will be USD10 of booking fee once the shipment is loaded on board.

To avoid no-show, please make sure you cancel the booking on GreenX if you don't want to ship due to some reasons or we reserve rights to suspend your account.

2. Pay Within 24 Hours:

If User is not located at POL of the booking or if you choose to pay by "Pay Within 24 Hours" Payment Method, your booking will be reserved for 24 hours.

You need to arrange and confirm your payment based on the bank account provided and transfer the ocean freight into the account and upload the bank slip to complete this transaction.

GreenX will confirm the booking to you after our verification of the payment.

If you cancel the booking, there will be a Space Management Fee to be applied.

1) USD25 per booking will be charged from the total collected freight amount when the cancellation or the container volume reduced occurs 10 calendar days or more prior to the estimated vessel departure from the loading port based on booking reserved date and the remainder of the collected amount shall be refunded with the same exchange rate from the original payment after deducting service charges if any. Booking Fee USD10 will not be refunded.

2) 50% from the total collected freight amount per booking will be charged when the cancellation or the container volume reduced occurs between 5 to 9 calendar days prior to the estimated vessel departure from the loading port based on booking reserved date and the remainder of the collected amount shall be refunded with the same exchange rate from the original payment after deducting service charges if any. Booking Fee USD10 will not be refunded.

3) If the cancellation or the container volume reduced occurs between 0 to 4 calendar days prior to the estimated vessel departure from the loading port based on booking reserved date, no refund will be applicable.

**Attention: ETD is Based on the Booking Reserved Date stamped on your GreenX member booking page as the ETD may be changed from time to time, please refer to below example:
