There are 2 methods of payment: Traditional Payment and Pay Within 24 Hours.
If you choose Traditional Payment, there will be no cancellation fee.
If you choose Pay Within 24 Hours, there will be a Space Management Fee if you cancel your booking. 

If the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours after the booking request is submitted, a SPACE MANAGEMENT FEE based on the cancellation date determined as per the loading port’s time zone shall be assessed as follows: 

 1) USD25 per booking will be charged from the total collected ocean freight amount when the cancellation occurs 10 calendar days or more prior to the estimated vessel departure from the loading port and the remainder of the collected amount shall be refunded with the same exchange rate from the original payment after deducting service charges if any. Booking Fee USD10 will not be refunded. 

 2) 50% from the total collected ocean freight amount per booking will be charged when the cancellation occurs between 5 to 9 calendar days prior to the estimated vessel departure from the loading port and the remainder of the collected amount shall be refunded with the same exchange rate from the original payment after deducting service charges if any. Booking Fee USD10 will not be refunded. 

 3) If the cancellation occurs between 0 to 4 calendar days prior to the estimated vessel departure from the loading port, no refund will be applicable.  14. In order to provide the User with a better experiences, GreenX will offer all Users one free space management fee due to User’s unfamiliarity with the GreenX platform and the paid amount shall be refunded with the same exchange rate from the original payment after deducting service charges, if any. The Booking Fee of USD10, however, will not be refunded.
