Spot Rate

GreenX offers instant online SPOT RATE quotation with limited space based on the availability of the vessels provided by the concept of "What you see is what you get," the contract number is not needed for the Users.

Once the Booking Request is confirmed, the Booking cannot be revised as the freight rate is locked. If you need to change the Confirmed Booking, you need to re-book for the correct container types or vessel voyage, but the freight rate or space may be different or not available as the Spot Rate offered varies from time to time.

In addition, if your payment method is under Pay within 24hrs, there will be a Space Management Fee and a Booking Fee if you cancel the Confirmed Booking afterwards.

Not for Request for Quotation or Request on Demand

The space and rate offer are based on Carrier‘s vessel utilization and discretion.

If you cannot find the port pairs you search for, it means they are sold out or not selling at that moment.

You may click "Join Waitlist" and once the port pairs are available, you will receive an email notification.

Secured Space and Freight Rate Locked

Confirmed Bookings enjoy the Secured Space service, except in case of any service interruptions caused by force majeure or unavoidable operation issues.

In addition, the freight rate quoted in the Confirmed Bookings are locked.

Equipment Priority

Confirmed Bookings enjoy the priority of empty equipment pick-up, but subject to the local equipment availability.

Extra Container Free Time

GreenX offers extra container free time based on the local market practice and trade lanes. Please click the "Free Time" tab to see the details once you make your quote search.

Traditional Payment

Bookings will be confirmed after reviewing the booking information provided on-line.

There will be no Space Management Fee if the User cancels the booking or reduces the container volume after it is made.

If the User does not want to ship the cargo after the booking is made, the User should cancel the booking two working days prior to vessel arrival date at loading port. Otherwise, Carrier reserves the right to suspend User’s ID.

Pay Within 24 Hours (Bank Transfer)

The User must send the payment and upload the payment slip within 24 hours when the booking request is made.

For the following 18 countries, Users need to wait for an invoice to be generated before they can make a bank transfer:

If user's location country/area is different from POL location country/area, the system will only show Pay within 24 Hours. (No Traditional Payment)

The user must transfer the freight charge within 24 hours to our bank account; otherwise, your booking will be cancelled. Once the freight charges are transferred, if the User decides to cancel the booking, the Space Management Fee (Cancellation Fee) will be applied.

Space Management Fee (Cancellation Fee)

If the confirmed booking is cancelled, no-show or the confirmed container volume is reduced, a Space Management shall be assessed:

USD25 per booking: from 10 calendar days or more prior to vessel ETD.

50% from the total collected freight amount per booking between 5 to 9 calendar days prior to vessel ETD.

If the cancellation or the container volume reduced occurs between 0 to 4 calendar days prior to vessel ETD, no refund will be applicable.

If the rest of the collected amount shall be refunded, it applies the same exchange rate from the original payment after deducting service charges if any.

The Booking Fee USD 10 will not be refunded.

**Attention:

ETD is Based on the Booking Reserved Date stamped on your GreenX member booking page as the ETD may be changed from time to time, please refer to below example:

Payment Term: Prepaid

The default payment term of GreenX booking is PREPAID ONLY, except the local charges at POD or the charge items identified as COLLECT in the quotation, such as THC/D, etc.

Once PREPAID Freight Charges are received, Carrier will release the Original Bill of Lading.

Payable Place

Pay With 24 Hours:

Users can pay at POL/POD or User's Registration Country.

Traditional Payment:

Booking Party's location is the payable place and cannot be revised.

Example: If shipper takes booking, then shipper's country/area location is the payable place.

No Inland Service Provided

GreenX offers Port to Port Service only.

Inland Rail/Truck services are not available at the moment.

No DG, No Waste Goods, No Special Equipment

GreenX offers Standard Dry 20'/40'/HQ Container Service with General Cargo.

Dangerous Cargo, Reefer Goods, SOC, and Special Equipment (Tank/Flat Rack/Open Top/Garment on Hanger, etc.) are NOT available.

No Sea Waybill

Only the Original Bill of Lading will be issued for all GreenX bookings, but the User can request Telex Release service with a fee from our local offices.

No Combined Bookings

GreenX bookings cannot be combined as the rate/space and terms are different.

Users can cancel and re-book the correct container volume.

Users can combine the Original B/Ls after vessel departs by request with a fee.

No Credit Term

GreenX offers are for on-line space purchase; therefore, the freight charges must be Prepaid in advance.

The Credit Term from User’s off-line SC/SQ contracts are not applicable for GreenX bookings as the terms and conditions are different.

No Additional Units

The Container volume cannot be increased after the booking is confirmed as the Rate and Space are changed from time to time.

Users can cancel and re-book for correct units, but the rate or space may not be available or the same.

Container volume can be reduced, but if the payment term is Pay within 24 hours, there will be a Space Management Fee.

No CFS/LCL Service

GreenX provides only CY (container yard) / FCL (full container load) service.

No CFS/LCL service.

No Modification

Once your booking is confirmed, you cannot revise the booking information.

Should you need modifications, you can re-book.
